HiveAI is Fellowmind's flagship AI-agent platform, and the biggest product design project I've taken on so far. I led the brand identity and logo, the marketing campaign and website, and the UI for the Hive apps themselves, plus most of the video editing and animation for the agents, doing the majority of it hands-on.
The platform needed an identity close to the core Fellowmind brand but more human and less industry-cliche than typical enterprise AI visuals: no blue circuit-board imagery, no robots. The core idea was humans and AI working side by side, each doing what they do best, rather than AI replacing people.
A warm color palette and a friendly agent character carried that idea through the whole platform, now home to 50-plus pre-built agents covering sales, customer service, finance and operations, and data, document and compliance work. Today it's one of the leading AI agent platforms on the market.

The mark itself: a gradient hexagon that reads just as well as a favicon or blown up on a stage backdrop, set against the same node-and-line pattern used across the platform.
The Agent Portfolio itself: a searchable catalog of prebuilt agents, each tagged by technology, service and industry so teams can find the right one without a sales call.
Inside one of the agents, the Sales Quote Assistant. The chat view stays calm and white, with the warm gradient saved for the hexagon avatar and the suggested first task, so it feels friendly without getting in the way.
